Summerall Properties now under construction
Saws are buzzing, hammers are pounding and work is well underway in constructing one of McClellan’s newest neighborhoods. To be called Summerall Properties, it will be a unique residential environment at McClellan.
Twenty-seven officer quarters, in what was previously known as the 3700 area, are currently being renovated by an established residential builder. Mark Keller, CEO of Keller Properties, LLC, has previously renovated fourteen similar quarters over the last three years. He is now rebuilding the minimalist-style military units into warm and inviting homes. Based on Craftsman and Cottage style design elements from days gone by, the units will be reminiscent of those simpler times. All homes will be single level, ideal for the empty-nesters interested in a peaceful neighborhood, all in a natural setting that’s abundant with wildlife. |
