Rental Facilities - Lide Hall

Lide Hall features a large stone patio and secluded setting.The Anniston – Calhoun County Fort McClellan Development Joint Powers Authority is pleased to make Lide Hall available for public use. This building is ideal for meetings, receptions, and parties. It features kitchen, restrooms, fireplace, large meeting room, generous entrance hall and a spacious patio in a secluded setting.

The JPA will rent Lide Hall to responsible organizations or individuals with prior notice on a first call basis. Renters must sign a Rental Agreement and abide by the guidelines as set forth below:

Rental Guidelines
The daily rental rate will be $250.00 daytime and $300.00 after 5:00 PM, plus a $50.00 refundable deposit. The deposit must be received 14 days prior to the rental date and the rent will be due three working days before the event. The deposit will not be refunded if the event is cancelled or there is damage to the facility.

  • The Maximum capacity for any event is 150 people.
  • All events must end by 1:00 AM.
  • Lide Hall is a smoke free facility.
  • See rental agreement for additional rules or stipulations to the use of the facility.
NOTE: Lide Hall will appear to be on 3rd Avenue (now Iron Mountain Road). The building is actually located southeast of the intersection of 3rd Ave & 21st St, on the left side of the road as you travel southeast.
